    How to make a Blue Sweet and Sour with Piñaq Blue

    First it's sweet... then it's sour.


    • piñaq Blue: 1.5 oz
    • Lemon Juice: 1 oz
    • Agave Syrup: 1 oz
    • 1 Egg White
    • Garnish: 3 Maraschino Cherries


    1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
    2. Shake well and double strain your cocktail into a coupe glass.
    3. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
