How to make Not-So-French Toast

How to make Not-So-French Toast

Your breakfast french toast... but way better.

Ingredients:

How to prepare:

   piñaq Colada: 3 oz

•   Eggs: 2

•   Milk: 1 oz

•   Bread: 4 slices

•   Butter: 1.5 oz

•   Garnish: Whipped cream, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and a dusting of icing sugar.

 1.  Whisk the eggs, milk and Piñaq Colada together. Pour over the slices of bread on a plate, let it soak in for a couple of minutes.

2.  Melt your butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Then fry the bread slices for around 2 mins or until golden brown on each side.

3.  Place the Not-So-French toast on plates. Top with whipped cream, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and a dusting of icing sugar.

*Bonus Step:  Transfer Mix together 1.5 oz of piñaq Colada with 4 oz of your favorite syrup for an extra boozy treat!

Our piñaq Colada is a smooth, creamy mixture of real coconut extract softly blended with pineapples, Jamaican rum, and vanilla without an artificial aftertaste.
