How to make a Rosé Sorbet

Always remember, anytime is a good time for ice cream sorbet!

Ingredients:

How to prepare:

   piñaq Rosé: 2.5 oz

   Honey: 2 oz

   Strawberries: 1.5 lb (Fresh or. Frozen)

   Lemon Juice: 0.5 oz

   Garnish: Lemon peel

 

 

 

 

1.  If using fresh strawberries then remove the tops, wash, and place your strawberries in the freezer until frozen. Otherwise continue to the next step.

2.  Add the Piñaq Rosé, honey, strawberries, and lemon juice to a food processor and blend until evenly mixed.

3.  Transfer your mixture to a loaf pan and move to the freezer until completely frozen.

4.  Scoop your Rosé Sorbet into a bowl or glass and garnish with a lemon peel or mint leaves and enjoy!
