It's Women's History Month. The Broward County Commission on the Status of Women celebrated their 2023 Women's History Month Honorees. The Broward County Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) advisory board is a non-partisan body with a focus on raising awareness and celebrating the contributions and successes of all residents of Broward County. It provides a collaborative platform for those seeking information on issues that affect women, girls and their families in that county.
This year's theme, "Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories" recognized women, past and present who have been active in all forms of storytelling within the community.
On March 15, 2023 Broward County's fiercest advocates, business owners, scientists, storytellers, and superheroes gathered for a celebration and reception. Piñaq Liqueur being a female-owned brand wanted to be part of this special event. All four flavors of Piñaq were poured for all the attendees at "Women Who Tell Our Stories."
