Westchester Magazine’s 2023 Wine & Food Festival was an extravaganza of wine, beer, liquor, and food. Piñaq Liqueur poured all four delicious flavors including Passion Fruit, Colada, Blue, and Rosé at the Burger & Beer Blast Thursday, June, 8, 2023 and at the Grand Tasting Village Saturday, June 10, 2023.

Westchester’s Burger & Beer Blast, 30 local restaurants competed for the best signature burger. Guests got to sample and vote for their favorite burger while sipping beer, wine, and cocktails.

The Grand Tasting Village was the signature event of the Westchester Wine & Food Festival, featuring live chef demos, tastings from over 40 local restaurants, and over 200 wines and spirits. 

At the Grand Tasting Village, the Piñaq Liqueur team topped off drinks from other brands, making new and improved cocktails as well as pouring all four flavors on the rocks. Tito's All-American Lemonade got transformed into a beautiful blue-green cocktail that resembled a mermaid's tail when topped off with Piñaq Blue. We also encouraged iced coffee lovers to try On The Rocks Espresso Martini with Piñaq Colada to make the ultimate boozy iced coffee. The Piñaq Liqueur team also poured Blue Magic, a combination of Piñaq Colada and Piñaq Blue.

Piñaq Liqueur also provided pairing suggestions from the festival, encouraging attendees to dunk their dessert in Piñaq Colada, including a Baked After Midnight Funfetti cookie, a fudge brownie from Seth Greenberg's Just Desserts, and a classic vanilla cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes.

Besides trying samples, attendees also grabbed fun swag from the Piñaq Liqueur booth including stickers, pineapple-shaped keychains, and hats to block out the summer sun.
