Westchester Magazine's Wine & Food Festival

Westchester Magazine's Wine & Food Festival

For over 10 years, Westchester Magazine has presented its annual Wine & Food Festival. Food, wine, spirits, chefs and bartenders came together for this premier festival. This event had over a hundred restaurants and food trucks as well as over 150 wines, beers, and spirits. This year Piñaq Liqueur had a booth at the Burger & Beer Blast and Grand Tasting Village.

Piñaq Liqueurs pineapple shaped bottles caught the attention of the media at this event. Jessie Mignone from Whats In Westchester, Lisa Salvadorini from News 12, and several staff members from Westchester Magazine stopped by the booth and fell in love with this eye-catching liqueur. Mignone even ordered all four bottles after the event. Josh Barillas, Wine Advisor of Stew Leonards Wine of Yonkers, stopped by the booth to show his support. Mary Reed, the Front Of House Manager from LOOK Dine-in Cinema fell in love with Piñaq and inquired about having it in her theater in Ferry, NY.

Since Piñaq Liqueur is a ready to drink cocktail, attendees tasted Colada, Blue, Original, and Rosé over ice. Those who like sweeter drinks navigated towards Rosé while those who like more tart taste sampled Blue. Piñaq Liqueur co-founder Gabriel Sezanayev poured his favorite combination of Blue and Colada for fans of the brand to try. The other Piñaq Liqueur co-founder, Marina Yusupova, poured and took shots with festival goers and posed for pictures with bottles and photo props with attendees. Marketing Director Emmauel Shaakov, took Titos Handmade Vodka and lemonade cocktails to the next level by topping off the drinks with Piñaq Blue. The Piñaq Team also educated consumers about the bottle functionality and showed how the top screws onto the bottom to become a stand.

Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, a blend of top grade Arabic coffees and Australian wheat vodka, teamed up with Piñaq Liqueur to make the ultimate coffee cocktail by topping it off with Piñaq Colada, a Tropical Liqueur made with Jamaican Rum, fresh Dutch cream, and premium Dutch Vodka. Piñaq Liqueur co-founder Marina Yusupova, always puts Colada in her coffee so this collaboration was the perfect pairing.

The team paired Piñaq Liqueur with some of the dessert samples at the festival by dunking a brownie from Seth Greenberg's Just Desserts, a mini bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes, and a pound cake from Stew Leonards into a glass of Piñaq Colada, for the ultimate sweet pairing then shared it on TikTok.

The Westchester Food & Wine Festival was a successful event for Piñaq Liqueur.  Everyone left the booth happy and wanting a bottle. The Piñaq Liqueur table had a QR code where attendees could easily scan and find the nearest store that has Piñaq in stock or order a bottle from Stew Leonards at the event.
